The Family Room

It's been said that families are like fudge - mostly sweet, with a few nuts. Well, I don't know about that but let me introduce you to my family, nutty or not.

Removing the picture of my older daughter, Pam, from this page was awfully hard to do - but she is not in this world any longer, having moved on to another place where her body and soul will be at peace. Though not able to see her face or hear her voice, she is with me in my heart every second of every day and will always be a most treasured member of this family. I feel so very honored and privileged to be her mother. This is one of my last pictures of her.

Lauren is my younger daughter, and she lives not far from me.   She is a physical therapist assistant and treats patients in their homes after discharge from a hospital.

Brandy is my one and only grandchild. After college, she went into law enforcement, first as an officer and now as a detective.

The youngest additions to the family tree are my great-grandsons, Dallas and Bryce.

And the most youngest is Easton

My nephew, Scott, and his wife, Bobbie, live a few miles south of me. They both recently retired and are enjoying other pursuits.

I have worked on my family genealogy over the years and have accumulated a considerable amount of information. If you are interested in the ancestors of the folks mentioned above, you can find some of that information here.
